This is the strongest thing Bannister has. Every builder at this price point is either a production company with a sales office, or a one-person operation with no track record. Bannister is neither: two decades of the same name on the permit, and the person who answers the phone is the person who grew up on the job site.
Josh grew up around the work and runs it now. Second generation, family-run, and still hands-on with every project.

We work exclusively within 60 miles of Atlanta, in Fulton, Cobb, Cherokee, Forsyth & Gwinnett counties. That focus means we know the codes, the conditions, and the tradespeople in every neighborhood we build in.
Start-to-Finish
Two in-house designers and a single point of contact from site selection through final walkthrough. Remodels and renovations too.
